Under the legislation on personal data protection, (Legislative Decree 30 June 2003, No. 196 "Code regarding the personal data protection”) users are informed that the here collected personal data concerning them, will be used by Morgete S.A.S. (Data Controller), where they will be kept, to provide the requested services.
The data of the interested party will also be processed with the aid of electronic and/or automated means to provide the requested services as well as for the sending all commercial and/or service communications. The consent for processing personal data, relatively to in paragraphs 1, 2 and 3, is essential to provide the requested services, the lack of consent therefore involves the impossibility to proceed to the service.
The interested party, in accordance with the provisions of art. 7 of the Decree, will always be entitled: to know what personal data are registered, their origin and purpose of treatment; to oppose in whole or in part, the unlawful treatment of data; to obtain the cancellation of the processed data in violation of the rules, as well as data updating, rectification or integration; to oppose the data processing for commercial information, sending advertising material, direct sales,interactive commercial communications.
